What dilution ratios do your shampoos use?
Our shampoos are ultra-concentrated at 32:1 for a high lather or 50:1, giving you more washes per bottle and better value for money.
Can Houndsly products be used on cats?
Houndsly products are designed exclusively for dogs and are not suitable for use on cats, as cats have different skin chemistry and sensitivities.

Where do you ship to?
We ship across the EU directly from our European fulfilment centre. Fast, reliable, and no surprise customs fees!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1â2 working days. Delivery times vary by country but usually range from 2â5 working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free deliveryâcheck our banner or promotions page for current offers.
What if my order is wrong or arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 working days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. Weâll sort it quickly and fairly.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Please email us via the contact page or chat function if you have any issues or questions.
Do you sell to both groomers and pet owners?
Absolutely! While our products are formulated for professional results, theyâre safe, gentle, and easy enough for dog lovers to use at home too.
EU Withdrawal Agreement Information
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, products that have been opened or unsealed where hygiene or health protection considerations apply, or any other products exempt under applicable consumer legislation.
To request a cancellation or withdrawal, please contact us using our chat funcion or by email, quoting your order number and details of the products you wish to return.
